Oh no, moongazer, the arthritis was completely left field! I was born with eczema, then developed chronic asthma to go with it. This was in the days before inhalers, they were 'invented' when I was about 12. On reflection PA is a logical development, but it really surprised me, still does occasionally! It began in 1997 but wasn't diagnosed until 2006. There are 78 joints in the human body, I currently have 31 affected by the arthritis. I want the full set. One needs targets. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

    Hi Moongazer

If you are talking 'over the counter' then ibuprofen is an anti-inflamatory which you can get (needed to reduce the inflamation), and you can buy the lowest does of paracetamol and codeine (8mg co). Then you can takke them sort of overlapped - ask the pharmacist.

Will help a little and also try the heat pads/ice and see what helps.

    MorningDD :D

Hoping you are having sunshine today? and that you got to sleep in the end. Had my curry and wine so slept ok last night - hope you did too.

    Love

    Toni xx
