Hi to everyone and a big thank you to all of you for your efforts....the elephant was very useful, I was able to bring Matron home as well.............

The nurses have been to give me the first dose via the midline - this is all very interesting, it's all new to me.

Leg and foot still swollen and very sore, but is improving on a daily basis. Been hopping about quite well today, yesterday I could still barely walk on it.

I find it very difficult to sit up in bed for any length of time, so am hopping in and out of it to the computer. Also doing some needlework while I am in there to distract me from all the deadheading that needs doing in the garden.

I will put a really good grump on later - WHY did this happen to me just as I won my first Gold Card! Maybe Fat Kev will come and give my leg 'the treatment'!

Thanks to all of you again, every so muchly. I seem to be doing a lot of that just lately, nothing but hospital, hospital for the last three weeks.

May I say that I am just ever so slightly p*ssed off with it all?

    Love
    Annie

Of course you can and it's no wonder, it's one damned thing after another for some of us at times. May I just say that it's lovely to hear from you and I wish you a very speedy recovery? Take care and post when you can (and if you want!) DD

Thanks for the thoughts DD and the word......we've got a couple of trees overhanging the garden, going to email the council (they're on council land) and make them use the dictionary!

It's one of those things I will get round to when I start feeling less low and useless - it's one of 'those' days today.

Nurses say all is fine.........foot still very swollen, it might go down a bit by tomorrow.

Love to all, hope you've all had good days,
    Annie

Chin-up Annie! Hopefully you will start to feel better soon. When I am feeling really low and can't garden, I resort to what I call "garden dreaming" ie planning all the things I would like to do when I can. I don't know about you but I also have loads of gardening books which I have collected over the years and can really lose myself in them when it all feels too much.
    Thinking of you.

You have been thro a lot recently annie, no wonder you are flat at the moment - so many meds and so much discomfort, it's enough to get anyone down. It will pass, all things do. Rest as much as you can and garden day-dream for all you are worth! Here's another one: syzygy. lunar/solar is the clue. DD

Had a PM from Annie. The nurses say her leg is looking better. Annie said her ankle and foot are still swollen.

I don't think Annie is 100% in agreement at the moment. She still needs to keep her leg up.

She hopes to be able to pop in the Cafe tomorrow for a while.

    Love Trish xxxx
