Hi Sue
Sorry you are having bad time at moment, glad the doc put your mind at rest.
About the tribunal try not too woory too much, i went last year and it wasn't as bad as i had feared. you can submit documents for consideration on the day, the night before my friend made go over everything and we ended up with two lists, one was how arthur had affected me and the other was all the errors (lies) from the medical report!! it was very upsetting but mean't that everything was clear the next day. Hold your head up high give them it straight you have been medically retired!! and tell them everything using your notes if need be especially the lies!!
Look after yourself don't let DWP wear you down Fay0 -

Hi Sue,
I am sorry your feeling down but glad your feeling a bit brighter and very glad the doc fond nothing wrong with that one. Its good you went though as its always best to get it checked out isn't it?
Hang in there Sue this appeal thing... I think they hope a lot will drop out rather than go through it all. Its wrong and just stand your ground as you come this far. I really hope you get a decent person and they stop messing you about at last. Leaving you a ((( ))) and a cuppa, love Cris x0 -

Hi, I can't believe how supportive everyone has been. Thank you all so much.
I am feeling better today, more rested and less up-tight. I just had a couple of days when everything seemed too much. Things go round and round in my head and got out of proportion. Some days I find that I feel much more positive than others! I also think my medical shock made me see how much worse things can be.
I won't give in without a fight, if I do it'll be really giving in. Of course I'll be nervous but I will have all you people on my side! There should be a sensible way of helping people work or get back into work, without all this fighting tension.
Thank you all again. Love Sue XXX0 -
Glad you have bounced back Sue ..

You sound brighter - everyone has down days where everything just whirls round on fast spin - horrible days they are too. You know what DD says - all things pass! Illigitamae nil carborundum, my dear, that's the motto. (Translation available (if needed) via a PM)Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Hi Sue,
Nice to see you more like you. Your right their should be a way of doing it minus the stress... it brings enough just applying for jobs I think.
Hope you really are feeling better about it all and a slip here and there is 'normal' I remember the fight I had with my ex employers... it took years and so often I nearly threw the towel but flower if I had done it would have been the end of me in a way so you hang in there and again I say we have the strength so if you need to borrow it.
Hey hows the kitten?Mine is a yowler..... he never stops but mine come to me cus they are not wanted and damage is usually done before I get them so I kinda hoping t make him a nice cat soon Love and a ((( ))) and found these for you Cris xx0 -

Hello, I hope that you are all OK. The weather is so up and down at the moment it doesn't help.
Thanks to all of you for making me feel so much better, I'd been feeling a bit off colour and the heat had got to me. Its funny, I used to love it and lay in the sun, but these days I enjoy sitting under the tree or ummberessa. Age, I think, plus the knowledge that too much sun can harm the skin. When I go to the plastic surgeon for my carpel tunnel, the waiting room has lots of pictures of different skin cancers caused by the sun and it puts you off!
I think I did just have a 'down day' when I sat and counted all the problems, tried to find paper work that had grown legs, and felt that its so not fair, we none of us want this at all, I worked mainly for enjoyment and it made me feel that I had a useful life, doing things that other people can't do. Care work is very demanding if its done properley as I'm sure know, dementia takes patience and understanding, can be dirty and upsetting, also a patients can become violent without warning, but to comunicate and with someone who has not been able to say anything for ages. To see smiles and have hugs. I'd go back now if I were allowed to. Also spending the last hours of someones life, just sitting with them is a privalage and tought me so much.
Oh gosh, I'm going on again. and its just rambling nonsense!
I'm going to come through all this, try and get some muscle strength from exercises when I start my palates and do my home exercises. I already have 2, which doesn't sound much, but I know I've done them!
I'll stop this now.
Love Sue
PS The kitten is fine and full of energy! He eats and eats, when hes finished his food, he goes round the other cats bowls, then crashes out for a few hours! He's a lovely grey with white markings on his face and little white feet! I've fallen in love!0 -
Hello Sue, so glad to read back and see that you are feeling so much brighter now.
And you can't really be down for long around a gorgeous kitten like that can you?
Love Tilly x0
