HI All,

just to update everyone who's been asking.....

after the saga of the rash, antibiotics, sore throat etc I have been given an emergency appointment in the Rheumatology clinic tomorrow morning.

Don't know what they'll do with me  but hopefully they might know what the rash is, how to deal with it, and more importantly, whether the MTX is the cause or if I can go back on it because I'm missing it dreadfully

Hopefully I'll be back with better news after the appointment

hugs
Wonky

Good luck. Are we on pocket duties? If so, I'll go and stock up on fizz and strawberries now. I hope they can sort this out for you, once and for all. DD

I'm taking hubby with me for moral support, but pocket dwellers would be very very welcome! I'll remember to wear something roomy to accommodate everyone

thanks DD and good to see you're back on here

It's nice to be back - I missed everyone, tho I am getting a numb bum now from sitting here for too long, trying to catch up! Right, am armed with fizz etc, glad Your Husband will be there too - if he's anything like mine, he's good at remembering what has been said by whom about what! I forget most of it, wisely, I think! He doesn't usually come with me .... he works quite a way away and this hospital is in the other direction ... but I rang and asked and even though it is their really busy time he's managed to get them to say yes to a morning off. He'll have to go in for the afternoon though.

just typing up all my meds, symptoms & GP visits for the past 3 weeks now to take with me! on to a second page already

Just hope the pocket-swellers keep the Brie in the fridge in the cafe this time  it didn't half pong last time :lol::lol:

This is good Wonks. It`s time to get to the bottom of everything. You have been suffering and worrying for too long.

I`m not coming in your pocket, as I`ve picked up another cold, and thats the last thing I want to pass on to everyone. I hadn`t had one for thirteen years, and now two in as many months. I`m bl**dy fuming! I don`t do colds! Instead I will take care of Littlelegs til Mum and Dad get back.

    Much love.........Ange.

Hi Wonky, reporting for pocket duties, I'll go in the pocket with Toni as I will have my jellied eels and whelks, plus some brown bread and butter. I do have a bottle of brandy (courtesy of my bro on his last visit) so will bring that along too!

Seriously, do hope they can do something positive for you; it really has gone on for far too long now.

    Dear Wonky

Just wanted to wish you all the very best with this appointment tomorrow. You are having a real tough time at the moment and I am very sorry. So pleased that hubby can go with you. That makes all the difference, a bit of morale support.

    Love and very gentle hugs

    Hi Wonky,

Really glad you got the appointment. You need to get some answers one way or the other.
Sorry it's a bit early but might be for the best if hubby has to dash back to work.

    Hi Wonky

In the pocket already from CChat as well have plenty of sarnies and pencil and paper to take notes.

Taking some music for the train got 2 bottles of wine as Val is here too.

If you hear a lot of noise it is only Val and I having a sing song to pass the time.

Right, torch, note paper pencil, rope give a tug if they want to kidnap you we will pull you out.

We will be quiet when you see the doctor, got my brolly as well if they hurt you we can give them a poke.

    Hope all goes well Wonky
