    Morning P&F, I hope you had a decent night and that the symptoms are disappearing fast. Keep up the fluids - my mum swore by lemon barley water, she found that the best thing of all. DD

    Jan, I know I've seen you back on FB but I didn't realise how ill you were. I obviously need to check here more often! I'm glad you're getting better and once again I'm sending ((((hugs)))).

    It is nice to see you back to cheeky posting on FB though. First you pinch my kitten and now it seems I might have to keep an eye on you and my fella!!!
