Cafe's Portacabin due to builder's 'issues'

They'll stand aghast.......invaded by us all tottering, limping, staggering and lurching all over the place (and that's just me).

I'm going to sit quietly with my bedtime builders and night meds and chill out for a while.......we had a really heavy rain shower a while ago, surprised me a bit, I thought it was supposed to be frosty tonight.

On my wheelchair they have special baskets that hook onto it.

Hi everyone, hope you are all as ok as possible, seems like there has been a lot of farming going on again.
I will sit a moment and enjoy a cuppa by the fire, t'is cold here, going to be quite frosty. There was a lazy wind today too, damned cold.

I am not so bad, back is screaming and has been all day, one of those days were nothing works. Apart from that, I am not so bad. Heating has just clicked on again, so that's good.

ooops, Tony, sorry, I am terrible with names. All are welcome to the cafe. I guess I am still a newcomer despite the couple of thousand posts that I have made. I am the resident fuss pot retired nurse. I leave the medicine trolley, stocked full of medicines, hugs, cuddles, you name it, we have it.
Trish takes charge of the keys when I have gone to bed.

What are we like eh. Hope you are enjoying the cafe, I am certainly in need of some calorie free cakes, the past few days I have eaten for England. I blame the pills, if I ever add steroids to my pharmacy, then I will blow up.

Tis cold and bubbles this wind here isn't lazy at all now and then Its not going for a frost though cus its clouded and throwing it down in huge heavy showers.

Hope you have all had a reasonable day and shall grab a builders and find a corner in the embers I think.

Hi Cris, we had the pouring rain earlier today. I will take one of the hugs and sit by the log fire, do we need more logs? not sure I can manage to chop them up, but I can pop a couple on the fire. Take lots of care and rest well in the embers. XX Bubbles

Glad to be here tonight, this place seems a good place to have a moan and groan and not feel guilty about moaning and groaning to the Missus, don't get me wrong, she's great but I am sure that she must get fed up of it all..

Nice to meet you all, and just so you know, I am really really bad with names so if we start talking and have spoken before I will have forgotten, lol...

Re: appetite, wish I had one, we went for a lovely chinese for lunch, I was starving and then the usual happened, took one mouthful and couldn't eat any more due to pain..
Really not eating great lately, pretty much surviving on fruit etc..

By all means, you moan and groan away, I know what you mean, you don't want to keep saying how you feel, to your other half, I am the same, but they know, just from how you are acting, or how your mood is, or how you are moving. Humans are far more telepathic than we give ourselves credit for.
Sorry to hear that you are in such pain, we share it with you. You can gladly have some of my appetite. Now, fruit, that is like alien to me, strawberries covered in chocolate, is that one of your 5 a day :oops:
