Julie, are you feeling better? Trish, your poor hands!

Wish I'd got a big bath full of healing water we could all dip into.

Ah well, will have my bedtime builders and work on Plan B for tomorrow.....perhaps we'd better get some of those sheepskin footwarmers in here if we gotta stand this for another week! These Portacabins are freezing and as for the Portaloos, well, the less said the better.

Hope you all have decentish nights and better days tomorrow.

Good evening everyone (I'm a farmville addict now. I need help)
Thought I would pass by and make sure no one was suffering from the cold tonight. Brought in some warm mufflers and fresh supplies of Ovaltine and choccy. Few bars of chocolate and ice buns aswell in case anyone is up all night. Trish, I remember you telling us all when I first signed on AC about your trip to Wales and having to hang about outside.
I just hope that when all the benefit cheats have been smoked out there will be a bit more to go around for us.. Perhaps the system will be fairer. If they are going to get rid of gov staff, who will do all the smoking out. I know there is someone living over the road to me who shouldn't be getting housing benefit because her boyfriend lives next door. Trouble is, I know the owner (who is a friend of my hubby) of the house so if anything happens for her to get check up on, then he will know it was me who sneeked the story. What do you do.

I've had a rotten day too with the cold. Back to drs with another flare up of PMR. Think I came off my steroids too quickly after the last flare up on the 2nd Sept. My hands have come up in big red nobbly bits and very sore to touch.

Anyway, I'm off to my bed and wish you all a good night. Let me know tomorrow if you want me to milk marigold. Might do my hands good.

What do I have to do to get a cup of tea around here?

Well I took my first morphine tablet about 21:15, still not eased my pains enough to drop off yet, saying that it's a moderate release thing so I shouldn't expect it to knock me out... Hopefully will wake up better than I have been doing.

Anyway, suppose I am gonna have to put the kettle on myself, who wants a drink then???

    Debs

I would say that in my case I should hold on to my cherries

I never saw the cheese and crackers awe we might have mice in here. They could have easily gnawed through this stuff.

It not that good is it. We cannot put too many logs on the fire the place might melt

We thought we were coming back to recliner chairs a hammock for Annie.

Memeory foam cushions also on the chairs so all would be comfy and then we find we have to wait a week and it is freezing.

Are they going to pay out fuel money to disabled??

Bet they are not, we will all be given jobs and made to go to work.

Well if they do do that to us we can job share :D

We will have to make a list of who has got what that works

I can talk if that is any good in between gasping is I can answer the phone but they might think I'm one of those people who make funny phone calls.

Sorry to hear you are in pain, Tony. I hope the tablets will work soon. Here's a cup of tea for you. Yorkshire tea, of course!

I saw him or heard from him on Sunday. Perhaps he is writing another story for us and the Bunker Babes.

Bit not seen him about anywhere. We will have to search for him.

"We will have to make a list of who has got what that works...."

Well, my legs don't work, or my lower spine, my ankles or knees, my wrists aren't great and mi brain doesn't fair much better due to all the meds (my excuse and I am sticking to it)

    but
My elbows are fine so if you can find a job for them just let me know the hourly rate.. Maybe they can be used for propping the counter up or something..

You can help yourself in here. If you don't feel too good someone will always get one for you.

Bubbles the nurse will be around with her trolley soon with the meds and injections.

Can you take another pill Tony?

Lovely cuppa, thanks Joan... I am sure that the morphine will help better than all the stuff it's replacing.. It's weird looking at my dosette box now, they seem empty!! Haha. The two new ones are replacing eighteen of the old ones..

    How are you this evening?

Bubbles is here darlings, lol. Had to laugh at the building society advert, with bubblesdevere. Sorry, I am waffling already.

Not had much chance to read back, I see pain meds are in order, let's hope they work well.
Hugs and Hi to everyone who is still here in the portacabin, no point tidying up, as it is being demolished tomorrow.
Right, let me gather some stock for the trolley.

Am on 42 now, no wonder my OH has to keep tabs on what and when and why. I usually throw them all over anyway. Talking of pills, best take the evening ones.
I need my own personal trolley.

    Hi Bubbles

I don't think the portacabin is being demolished for another week now, is it? ( 28th )

42 tablets :?:   You have my sympathy. I try to get by without any at all.

Oh, I give up!...No point in trying to sleep any more. My right shoulder down to my elbow is screaming, and nothing will shut it up.

Sooo......I`ll have one of my caramel choux buns, and a hot chocolate. Who would like one? There`s loads. When I get low on them, Jan does one of her Pixy spells, and hey presto, the tin is full again.......Ange.x.

Hi Hun, Oh, I didn't know we had another week, best get my vacuum cleaner out. It is a lot of pills, but, essential. I cannot remember a day with none at all, a long long time ago.
