I have been watching this most of the time. Isn't it great that they have done so well.
The trapped miners have been so brave waiting all this time to get out.
They were prepared to wait until Chrstmas, that is what the engineers thougth it would take that long.
They are bringing them up faster now.0 -
Well what can I say...got up this morning and they are all out the engineers that planned all this deserve a medal...like Mell said they would have given up on them here.
I hope they put the pod in a museum....how strange watching the rescuer that was the last man out...and he didn't turn the lights out
Wonderful.....

It is great to see such a success story on the news.
Hats off to the rescuers who went down the shaft too.
And what about their President? I cannae imagine oor David Cameron standing there all that time hugging every miner!
Well done to everyone involved.0 -
I agree with you all. These men and their rescuers will go down in history andI expect there will be a film eventually.
Those miners are an inspiration and yes, wow to their prime minister. I can't imagine any of our polititions standing duty all that time, maybe Charles or his sons would go out a coupe of times, thats all.
Brought a lump to my throat watching it.

This has been the best news i have watched for ages. The fantastic planning and it was so smooth. I was almost holding my breath for something to go wrong.
Brilliant - all out, all safe.
Rescue staff brilliant. The President looked genuinely delighted not like he was there for PR stunt etc.
Arent they an attractive race too? kept thinking ooh hes nice!
Good luck to them all.
I thought could a country like that manage the job but they did a first class job.0
