Hi Val Tony Barbara - no probs re the JD's, we are having a posh week I think, all the tables are laid with crisp linens, ( bags I don't have to iron them ).

Had a v quiet evening, resting up a bit, can't do much without arthur having a bite or three. Anyway, I have pottered a little in the last hour, trying to keep things moving. That all sounds backwards way on, but you know what I mean, I think. :roll:

T, Tetley of course, is in the pot.

it's reet, I am a dab hand with the T making, (got a new machine, that dispenses instant boiling water at the press of a button, its fan blinkin tastic) I was getting to be a danger with the kettle. You just fill the tank at the back, that's it, just like the ones in the cafe's, but smaller version. Loving it.

Pamie, I can send some maxolon through the ether for you. Hugs too. Ginger beer is good too.

Going to say n night too, time for me to press the buttons on my new machine and make T, watch a little tennis, eat a biscuit or 10 then go to bed, supposed to get our car back tomorrow, all mended. Courtesy car is ok, but we miss ours.

Nobody been in here all day, no wonder it's cold, the fire has gone out, I'll fatch some wood and put the kettle on, some toasted tea cakes too I think..

Its becoming an eerily quiet cafe, I know some are not good and are having bad times, so hugs to all those who are fighting the fight so to speak.

I have eaten all the t cakes, (oink I know), but it was a shame to see them go to waste.

Your a poppet, I will certainly drink the T while I prepare the trolley for the nigh owls. A special sleeping potion is on the hob not tried it before, so go easy on it.

as it is so quiet, I will sneak off, take my T with me, munch on a biscuit or three and head to bed.

All is ok here, animals are all fed, watered and warm, kettle simmering, cakes bursting out of the tin, eclairs in the fridge for Debs, Iced buns with cherries on top for Trish.

Everyone take lots of care, keep safe and rest well, showering the forum with

is that bacon i can smell think will have a sandwich. joints getting there trying not to rush it day 5 on pain meds lol and it says 3 on box lol not time to come off yet or wont make work in afternoon lol so lots of tea to wash meds down . cuddles you been bit lonely not had many visitors so jump up and we will have 5 mins

well you not lost any weight so some one kept you fed

i read your hands were giving you hell have they eased off? i suffer with mi hands too and the trouble is you need them all the time for everything dont you especially opening pkt of JDs and holding Tea!!

My hands feel like they're on fire at the minute, all across the tops of the palms... Got some weird lumps going on too :shock:
Have to wear a splint to hold mi cuppa these days.. Also, a sharp pocket knife works well for the packets of JD's haha..

do your hands feel very hot or is it just the hot sensation inside? my OH says mine are red hot to touch aswell.

Don't feel hot to the touch, well not that I know of, lol.. Still a lot warmer than mi knees and feet, they're always cold, like blocks of ice.. :shock:
