    hurting like a bugger but had a great day with some friends that are over from malta so payback was well and truly expected... Will be out with them again tomorrow, think I will take it a bit easier than today though... Lol

    Yes, it was today, COPD is the outcome of the tests, not asthma, so, another to add to the list. Had a good natter with the nurse, we both trained in the same year, way back when. Anyway. back to the drs next week to decide what inhalers i am to have, likely steroid ones, as ventolin does not sit well with all the cardiac drugs. Bet you wish you never asked, lol.

    I hope you find a suitable inhaler..

    i'm afraid i am gonna log out, knees are hurtin so bloody much my forum distraction technique ain't workin, cannot concentrsate

    i am going to potter, before i set into a chair shape. leaving hugs and well wishes to one and all, take lots of care and keep safe. all seems neat and tidy in here, animals are all petted, fed and watered.

    Bubbles, my granda had COPD for years before we properly found out, he lead a normal life..... till he stopped smoking :\

    just topping up the cake tin and grabing a cuppa before giving sleep ago. not hopeful tonight but at least im back on line so i can pop in and out.
