Hi Tony, Val (hope you made it to wee wee, I can sympathise with the arthur crouch, not quite the soft shoe shuffle, more the mashed potato).

Hope everyone is as ok as possible and had a fair day, it has been lovely and sunny, me thinking I would not wear my coat while hobbling into the dentist, it was sunny, but damned cold. Hygienist has cleaned me and preened, so I have the colgate ring of confidence :grin: took a while to get me settled into the chair, up a bit, down a bit, higher, lower, it was like the Golden Shot all over again.

There are two chocolate cakes in the tin, along with all the usual, buns with cherries on top, JD's replaced, yes, you guesed, I was in Mark's, again  I just cannot help myself in there and no matter how little I think I have spent, it is always nearer £50, than the £25 that I have in mind.

Time for cuppa, if anyone is about, I will make a pot.

Hope you and yours are as ok as can be. Sending hugs with the JD's

Payback, ah, know it well. Yes love I did, looks like I have COPD, to add to my list, seeing Dr next week, likely I will be on steroid inhalers from then on. And so it goes on, but, onwards and upwards. Have been in a fybro fog tor 48 hours now, like sleeping sickness, totally not with it, went to see the folks today and I was like a zombie, I said, just ignore me, as I threw all my pills everywhere, knocked things flying in the kitchen, poor mother was chasing things round the floor.

I put on my rose tinted specs sometimes, believe me. Our neighbour has had a real rough time, split with other half, long story, but she comes round and always says that I make her smile and feel so much better, well, we both do. T and sympathy I do very well indeed. Stoic, I like that, thank you.
At least on here you cannot see me when I am in a foul mood with pain and frustrated that I cannot do the things I used to, simple things like hoovering, or gardening. I just have a rant to myself and bleach the kitchen to within an inch of its life.

Lol... I think a few would be shocked on here to see my bad moods, they are a rare thing though I must admit, I am way too laid back these days, when I am really pee'd off I just think how much worse it could be and log onto here, have a natter with my friends such as yourself... And try and be supportive for any that need it, that really does help me feel better...

Bit cheesey I know but it stops me blowing my top...

I am going to try for some sleep now mi dear...
    Hope you manage some too...

Take care and catch you soon..
