Morning all, just called in for a cuppa, fire stoked up and all blankets and cushions fluffed up for you.
I have put bacon, eggs and sausage in the fridge - there is enough for the whole weekend and there is a nice pot of fresh tea brewing.
    see ya later

Hi Delboy, I hope you are off the sofa now, so coco can finish the wonderful job of tidying up, it looks lovely.
It seems to have been very quiet in here, I know Tony was off to visit friends today, a long journey, so will be tired out.

If there is a cup of T going, I would never say no. Hope everyone is as ok as possible, its raining again here, oh the joys of damp weather.

Do you know, that sums it up perfectly, to a t. Could be a lot better, having to use two crutches at the moment, knees keep giving out, was a bit embarrassing in the shop today, when my legs went opposite ways.
but, these things are sent to try us, daily it seems, hourly sometimes. Those iced buns are SO fresh, wonderful.
Off to see my cardiologist next week, also GP, as the water tablets are as much use as a chocolate teapot. See, bet you wish you never asked

 legs going in opposite directions is not good is it. Have you thought about a wheelchair for use in shops. i have elbow crutches but because i have oa in hands i cant use them  they just wreck the hands and wrist and arms , we are certainly put through it arnt we?

what day you at the cardiologist ? as i do remember vaguely the mention of pocket duties ? am i right?
water tabs no good then , cant help with that :(

Yes, I normally use the buggies and wheelchairs, but there were neither in the particular shop today and we had not brought my own chair. Will be using wheelchair tomorrow and two crutches, they do put strain on hands, wrists and arms, but they normally keep me upright. We are indeed, through the mill.
Cardiologist is Wednesday afternoon, yes, pocket duties, suspect he is going to say heart failure, but, hopefully not. I don't want to be hossy napped either to sort out the fluid retention.
Knee needs another injection, but cardiologist does not like me to have them too often, as it thins the bone. You just can't win.
Anyway, I will have another cup of T I think, there is plenty in the pot, or i can do a decaf T if you like.

I know, I dont like decaf T either, in laws have it all the time, its like ditch water, lol.
Thanks for the pocket duties, there will be wipes and mini bin bags, in case the icing slips or Tony looses the jam from his JD's.

    Hi

Popped in to deliver some cakes for you I have been baking all night.

Right took all the bread from yesterday and made bread puddings. Cream horns filled with Cornish cream. Victoria sponges.

    Val

I have pinched some sticky buns with a cherry on the top of course, ok?? I have had a hot chocci. Left
    the key undr the gnome

I hope you are all okish and behaving. I just milked Marrigold she was mooing so much the neighbours complained when I saw her she was about to blow up with all that milk in her. Now I know why the cow went over the moon

    Bubbles

Came in and got some meds from the trolley. I still have my key.
They put me on MXT when I went to the hossy on condition that I go up there every other week and that the District nurse comes to see me as well so fingers crossed I can tolerate it.

    Love Trish xxxx

Just been reading about you. You start behaving yourself.

I will be in your pocket with note pad and pencil and will take notes. Please don't use your Matron voice I remember how you made me laugh about that with the doctors. No doubt Val will jump in with me awe, ginger beer.

I hope you are not falling off your perch too.

    Love Trish xxxx

Hi Hun, I hope there are some of the cakes left, that you have been baking. Sorry we passed, like ships in the night, again, just like we used to.

I will try and behave, I can't run off, bad enough trying to potter at the moment, left knee is like a melon, screaming at me and whatever I drink seems to end up in my legs, which is a bit of a pain.

Thanks for the pocket duties, no, I am just about on my perch, with safety harness, but still hanging on in there, as we do. Hope you are as ok as can be, I see you are on methotrexate and close observation from the hossy. Glad that you still have the key to the medicine trolley, I often forget to wheel it out at night, so, as deputy matron, you are in charge, when I am having a senior moment. Sending hugs 5 times round the roundabout then third on the left.

Hi Del coco rose barbara, safe journey tonight Del and not too much lemonade eh.

Just about time for my nap, cup of T, maybe a biscuit or three, just to keep the sugar levels up.

Will be in later I am sure. Everyone take care, XXX Bubbles
