    well, the knees will not take a moment longer, otherwise I will be crab like. Medicine trolley is out, for those in need, hugs, cuddles etc, are piled high.

    a cup of coffee and some toast is in order this morning, really suffering with me neck today so looks like a quieter day for me, nice party last night shame i couldnt stay long (had to play taxi for kids) hope everyone enjoyed themself and ar not to sore today

    another hot chocolate, a load of pain killers and im off to me bed with a book, doubt i will sleep much but i can hope. hope every one else is ok and sleeps well x

    Pain relief would not go amiss, agonies aside, I would love a cup of T. I bet I have missed everyone, if so, rest well and take care.

    hi bubbles are you still here!

    it so late but I cant sleep and believe me i need all the beauty sleep i can get. think a nice hot chocolate is in order made with hot milk that might do the trick.

    Hi Katie, sorry you cannot sleep, I know what that is like, from years gone by. I will put the milk on, if you can watch the pan.

    had a weird day today - my work friend's hubby left her on sunday and she's been crying all day I didn't know what to say and now i feel drained but can't sleep

    - sorry for the moan I'll make that hot chocolate now.

    Not at all, sounds like you have had a rotten day, not to mention your friend who is going through the mill at the moment. Sometimes there is little you can say, but being there and offering a shoulder to cry on, speaks more than words. It is draining though.
    Biscuits, definitely, with some maltesers I think. Sending hugs too, to recharge and relax, with your hot chocolate.

    I am off to the GP and to the Consultant tomorrow, so a medical day for me and OH who has to take me here, there and everywhere, bless. Pocket duties are in the diary I think.

    I will love everyone and leave you for now. I cannot sit for any time at the moment, arthur is biting, well, chomping, at the moment and all manner of pain relief is not working at all. I will let you know how things go with the Drs and Consultant tomorrow.

    Bacon sarnie for me this morning I think. Sorry can't come into the woods with you today (for logs!) as I am off shortly to the Local Advice Centre for them to help me fill in DLA forms.
