I haven't had any dinner yet as used all my strength rations cooking for the children. They eat non stop at the moment. So that chicken stew sounds lovely.

Thanks for the cuppa Tony.I had a shower too and feel so much better now.

    Hi Tony
Yes Tetleys in the pot waiting for you!
Mmm Yep back to work tomorrow - Got Hydrotherapy in the morning so doing an afternoon stint - hoping to be out of the office doing assessments and reviews - How are your poorly knees?

    Poorly
They will be right at some point... This is the worst they have been for a long long time though...

Right, Tetleys please, pint pot of

I loved the hydrotherapy, it is great while you are in the pool, for me, as soon as I got out the benefits stopped, but I would recommend trying it if you haven't before...
You should have seen the looks I got when I went, I was an in-patient at Chapel Allerton on the Ortho ward, and by default, ahem, no offence folks, most of the other patients were a lot older than me... So there's me getting in the pool with all these old guys and gals, I'm covered in tattoos and at that point had long hair too.. :lol:

That was quite a good laugh.... I think they were all a tad weary of me until they got to know me.. :???:

Hydrotherapy, oh I could use some of that, but they have outlawed whaling and GreenPeace would try and float me back out to sea

I got the letter on Friday to go mon. Its a standard letter, with just my name and appt time written in ink - but also written in ink on the bottom was a note to say they had arranged transport for me! I didn't ask for it and they didn't ask if I needed it - I can only assume that because I was in a bad way when I went for the physio appt I needed it LOL, can't be doing sitting in a medicar /ambulance with all the oldies - I rang and cancelled it.
I used to do aqua arobics a couple of years ago ad its the only thing that has ever helped my back, had to stop - couldn't get to the classes cos of work!
