Hi everyone - Tony get back on the naughty step its a minute for each one of your years!
Yes I was well put out this morning, I had been up scince 7 to get ready and make sure had meds when they rang to cancel - I had to work this afternoon didn't get in till 5.30 cos of traffick and I am absolutely shattered and back and neck are hurting too - I think it will be an early night tonight so might be ready for my hot choc about 8.30! Cos its back to work in the morning and who knows how much sleep I will get!
I have really missed my afternoon nap today!

Hi everyone, Called in for my usual choccie, I was going to have a very early night - but I have had an helicopter sat on the roof making a racket for at least and hour - well not literally, but it was that noisy it could have been - went out to have a look and because it was so low could see it was the police so gave them a wave, think that eventually frightened them off.
Hope you are all ok - especially you tinks - what have you been up to tonight?

Hi Tony, Cath Tinkerbelle, and all who are hovering around the cafe.......hope people are as ok as possible, hugs for the knees T, my sympathies with them.
Waving at police in their helicopters, oooooh. We had the police chopper over us a couple of months back. Our neighbours said "did you see the police helicopter over your roof last night, with its search light on, it was here for ages"? Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, no, sorry. Apparently, everyone was up around us, having a cup of T as they were so noisy and here for about 40 minutes, back and forth. The night pills obviously work very well for me.

As for the lard comment, don't go starting the whole wimmin thing about weight :roll:
We are what we are hun, and considering your current problems then I think you can be excused for not joining the gym and bringing out your own fitness DVD..

Yes I'll Have a top up please. didn't they do well on the biggest loser ! the Police are always hovering near by I live close to J 34 & 35 of the M1 main junctions for sheffield so its a hot spot I suppose! Not too bad tonight its usually 3.00am!

oh I know, but, just frustrating at times, was nice and slim years back, lost nearly 9 stone over a year. But, as you say, with my list of health issues, I should not beat myself up over it. I will be ok in a while, just brought it all home I guess. T, I need T
