Think I am going to head off to bed now. I have already had a 2 hour kip today and I am feeling really sleepy now so I think my body is telling me its time for bed.

One of my twitter friends is wanting to get into Journalism like me, and I don't think he is getting very far and its bringing him down. I feel awful that because of the experience I got myself and my age I am getting somewhere and he isn't

We all have to deal with knock-backs but it can sometimes make us stronger hun, maybe it will take him in another direction altogether, we never know what will happen, just hope he doesn't get too down about it..

Hi Cath Pamie Tony and all who are here in the cafe. Rest well Pamie, hope you feel better tomorrow. Hope everyone is as ok as possible.

Just a quick visit, fybro and horrendous knee and back pain is flooring me at the moment, came on like a wall, earlier today, even laying flat my knees where screaming. Such is arthur, evil doer that it is. Up to my eyes in pain relief, if I knew it would not harm me I would take even more.

I will have a cuppa, then I will have to call it a day, I assume there is some fine Tetley brewing away somewhere.

Of course you can hun, help yourself, I used to take that a lonnnnnnnnng time ago, now on zopiclone, amitryp, diazepam.........how I function I don't know.

I have an appt with the Advice Centre this morning to fill in DLA forms - Not holding my breath about getting it though. I have been told that unless you are blind are menatally disabled in some way or have no limbs you are unlikely to get anything!

Try get them photocopied and if you have to post them send em recorded delivery..

A quick cuppa then I am going back to bed for an hour, then up for a wakey wakey shower as have a blood test at 11.10. Hopefully will feel better after rest.
Son did his homework last night with my help but it came out well. Usually have a battle with him so this has put me in a good mood.No homewotk tonight so no battles and stress woo hoo.
