Hi all

Hope folks are steadily managing the day.
I'm a bit rough round the edges at the moment after one of those 'can't get comfy' nights, finally slept at about 6am! But now I need to get up & out for an appt - pah.
Can I take a vat of something warm and soothing to get through the morning please?

Yes a cup of cappucino from the machine please, been busy in the garden for an hour and going to get ready to go to twisters (twins sister) for lunch, then down the road from her to see my neice and her kids -- busy busy-- then back to cook a meal for my nephew who is staying tonight! Its all go

Tony can i have a coffee please, better put it in an unbreakable mug as hands have had it now but carpet is down and looking good so im happy. i will crawl into the corner and put me feet up for a bit. if im still here later call the fire brigade to come and help me get back up again,

I have decided........
I am going to strap my knees up, get the crutches out and get out of the bloody house..............
I will be taking it steady though as I have to be able to get to the appointment in the morning...
My friend came out of hospital this morning, I have a get well present for him so might take that over, then go get Janet from work..

Evening, I fought off the beasties out there and retreated back into the warmth...then went out to get more meds, them beasties ain't stopping me getting them - might sleep tonight :P
Tony - hope the knees aren't giving you tooo much pay back.
I'm going to tuck up with a warm hot water bottle and let me see, quite fancy some warm milk with cinnamon to help me zzzzz.
