    Hi Tony
Seems to be lots of cloud here at the moment! I shall be sooooo cross if the weather man has got it wrong - again!!!
Well hope that you are not feeling too rough, seems you have not had much sleep!
I am supposed to be seeing twister again today - I want to make the most of the weather - if she suggests Meadowhell I will scream!

    Cheers mi suvvern pal..

Dossette strips are the strips that you keep your medication in.. You can get them in a tray like mine with seven strips each with four compartments, or one big one for a week...

    Done it
These patches replace eight tramadol per day

Rich i swear by aqueous cream, use it all the time, took a while but my exema is now nearly all gone and held at bay as long as i keep using it, it can be bought quiet cheeply also.. it is vercitile also, use it in shower or bath and as an moisturiser, good luck with it persivere.

Mine is a pill dispenser flavoured one Del

I think if you wanted to you could save the image to your pc, dunno what the quailty would be like of the saved copy though Rkid.. The originals are quite high res though..
I am now on a measley 17 tablets per day after dropping the eight trammies for the patches, lol..
Not all painkillers though, stomach protectors etc included.

I have Oilatum gel for the shower, it's excellent, just gotta watch you don't slip. It has been brilliant for my ecszema
