    Hi everyone
Hope you are all ok and Tony hope you have got that patch on now and having a nap!
Been out with my sister this morning and back to hers for lunch, apparently its going to be nice tomorrow so we might go on a "day trip" somewhere - watch this space - my idea of a "day trip" is some thing like the seaside, countryside or an interesting place - her idea of a day out is shopping!
I'll have a nice cup of teawhilst I am here and fill the vats up with Tetley for Tony when he gets up - he may be a bit parched - anyone else want anything?

    Hi folks......
    Patch fully fitted... Lol
They told me to put them on my upper back, I suppose it's so they have less chance of getting knocked than if they were maybe near the collar bone :???: :?:
Hope it kicks in soon, had to walk a fair distance through the hospital today for a blood test, no parking spaces any nearer.. Knees are very sore now....

Time for a pint pot me thinks..

Hope that we are all alright...

    Hi Tony
Yes I am well today just a bit of the aches, seems I am getting back to my "Normal" self - has taken 4 months though. Combination of less working hours thus less stress and warmer longer days I think has helped.
Mind you I still can't work out what day it is when I wake up in the morning! Amytrip starting to work so shan't be long before I am away to bed

Hi Tony Rose Cath, Val - hugs for hurty knees Tony, hope the patch kicks in soon.
Glad to hear that things are getting a bit more like normal Cath.

N Night Rose, rest well and take lots of care

I will sit quiet with a fine cup of Tetleys. OH has been wallpapering today, found some lovely paper, half price, so we are very posh now, just two walls, as a "feature" or whatever they call it.

LOL, I love posh and tidy, wish I had a crock of gold to go with it, but.........

Don't you worry about being early to bed, it does no harm to rest, says me, who has to be forced to go to bed, even though I am dropping on my feet. Anyway, that's by the way. Take lots of care and rest well. XX bubbles

I was happily enjoying another strange and lucid dream brought on by the patch when good old arthur broke through, he thought it would be a giggle to torture my knees and elbows till I woke up.. Lol
Elbows hardly bother me normally... I only happened to mention I get the odd pain in them when talking to the rheumy nurse when up saw her, golfers elbow apparently, haha... Hope them buggers aren't gonna be playing up too...

Right, have stoked the fire, put the last two maltesers back in the fridge for Matron for tomorrow, how she missed them two I don't know. Was tempted to scoff them but she could be testing me :???:

    Goodnight yet again folks

    you still around Karen?
I'm stoking the fire and putting a fresh brew on..
Managed to get another hour or so I think? At the minute my elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees and feet are having a jolly good time at my expense.
Daft as it sounds, I wonder if it was because I was a few hours late replacing the patch.....
I know why the knees are so bad, that's the hobbling through the hospital corridors yesterday... Come to think of it, hands, wrists and elbows probably are similar because of using the sticks... Lol

Oh the knackers yard seems ever closer

    Morning Tony, Karen
You two have had a rough night so no scolding from me if you lie in late today! Not really had a good night myself and have eventually given in and got up! (and there was me thinking things were getting back to "Normal" Lol
Just starting to get light now and the birds are making a right racket - its a deafening dawn chorus!

Well I wonder what the day will bring?? Going to put the washer on - I hear its going to be nice weather today.
Bacon, sausage in the oven ready, fresh milk available for the cereal lovers - Yes I have been milking again! seed is out for the peckers and there is also some lovely warm fresh bread.
