    Afternoon / early evening to one and all, hugs all round and hope you have had a fair or good or not too bad a day. The sun is setting on a lovely day, birds are singing their heads off in the woods. OH has been mowing and strimming and potting and generally preening - I made a cup of T and offered great support and admiration.

    Getting ready to nip round the corner to see OH Brother and family - will try the 50 yard walk, take it very slowly, see how we go, he can always get the car.

    Will pop in later for a cuppa. Everyone take care and enjoy Britains Got Talent (yes, its that time of year again) :roll: :roll:

    Hi Val, Bubbles and anyone else who has popped in
    Had a quiet afternoon in bed with tissues and a hot drink! I am suffering a heavy cold and cough so have just popped in for a top up. Does anyone else want anything getting whilst I am here?

    Yep, it's gorgeous here to. Will have to get the table and chairs out me thinks and enjoy, but before I do, I'd love a cuppa and am I to late for an egg buttie. Have a good day everyone :smile:

    In a lot of pain today but kind of getting used to it nowadays.
    How about you?

    I think i will try to sit in the garden and transplant some seedlings.

    I know how you feel Dottydoodah. I have just done to much this morning and everything below the waist is killing me. OH said to go and lay down, but I have the bed covers on the line, will have to wait, in the mean time, a nice cold drink, and Rich I would love an eclair as well.

    Sorry you are in pain too Karen. We need to win the lottery and hire a daily physio to rub it all better..well..at least make it bareable. Oh, and he will have to be a looker :mrgreen:
