hi all pottered in garden put some lettice carrots and beetroot in just a few of each leaving hot cross buns and easter eggs for every one please do not pinch the baby chicks they for chris she gives us all the eggs thought it time we left her some more.
cuddles has new bow on and (what do we call the cow) marigold?? got easter bonnet the yak ate its so will have to manage with out turkey in fridge for sandwiches ours bit big for the two of us lol val

Hello Everyone Happy Easter!
Well, doing a split shift at work today so that I could go to church this morning - (after a 2 hour work stint) then across to my sisters for a big sunday roast and then back at work for 5 until 10.
Hope that you are all having a lovely day and have not eaten too many easter eggs!

We've got pork today, yummy, with vienetta for desert.

Hi Barbara Cath Karen Val Coco Joan Dellboy - I hope you and everyone else has had a good day, Easter hugs all round.

That sounds terrible Barbara, wouldn't you just freak? I would collapse I think. I know there are more burglaries in summer because people leave windows open by mistake. OH always checks all the windows and doors, even though we live in a quiet rural area, with watchful neighbours, it does not guarantee that opportunists would not come in. I will have to potter round and make double sure. All our windows are alarmed as well.

I hope they are ok after their shock findings.

I might have to have a cup of T at the very thought.

Must be a real shock to find someone in your house - mind you I live in a bungalow and sleep with my windows flung wide open - combination of warm weather and hot flushes !!!! and my alarm is my dog( which despite the mutterings of distain sleeps on my bed) and the outside security light (outside my window) --- I convince myself that anyone seeing me would run a mile .... have to, otherwise as I live alone I would scare myself silly!
Right a hot choc - anyone else need anything - and although my cold is alot better I will just have a snoop on the meds trolley

Lots of ironing today, get the girls ready for tomorrow back to school. Still got to get the eldest a new pair of school shoes.

Coco I cannot believe how your garden is coming on you are a very clever girl - think we need some photos of the fantastic progress!
Karen hope you manage to get the shoes! My mum used to hate taking my sister for shoes it was a battle! with mum insisting on sensible and sister wanting fashion!
Hope you all are well and hope that the weather is still good where you are its a bit grey and miserable here at the moment.

evening karen, delboy, cath, joan and everyone who has been in today. Rest well Karen, 5.30, not sure what time that is, silly o clock, I would not be comprehensible ( I am bad enough on a good day ).

We live in a bungalow, but the front it set up high, (sounds odd, but way the land slopes), so only the window cleaner can get up there. Windows all shut, as it has turned quite chilly, so I will light the fire, to air the room.

Hi Cath, Hot chocolate - shall I warm the milk - I won't use a pan, I will nuke it in the microwave. Need to relax now - 8)

Thats good, a decent break for you, hope you get some rest. Time for my pills, won't be so long, then I will wheel the trolley out.

Time for T, some chocolate (well, those easter eggs won't eat themselves).

Take lots of care and I will leave a bucket of hugs alongside the trolley. Cuddles, Marigold Yak and Snowey are all ok, fed, watered and warm.
