    Morning to one and all,

    Hope everyone has had a good night's sleep. It looks like it is going to be another hot day, so you all enjoy the sunshine.

    If anyone is around I have put the water on, ready for a morning drinky.

    Hi everyone , I havent been in the cafe before so dont know what to say, I would like to order a carrot cake with a cup of tea.
    I will sit out in the garden if you have one , even though it is not as hot today. .....jillyxx

    Hello anyone around......think I will help myself to some carrot cake..and a cup of tea...we have had another lovely day...but my bones dont like it.. :roll: I will be sat in the garden if anyone's wants me.. :grin::grin:

    Hello everyone,

    Hope you have all had a good day, i't started to thumder here a bit early but still very hot and sticky.

    Can I have a really really ice cold drink, don't mind what just really cold.

    Coco thanks for the cake and tea....we went to the garden centre today...but I gave up half way through...but they have a lovely cafe :grin:

    hi all popped over to Sheffield for some sandals and had to spend an hour in pub as there was torrential rain hail and thunder storm was nice to sit and people watch though

    Hi everyone
    Hope you areall ok today. This morning was out busy cutting grass and delivering easter eggs and then was invited over to my sisters for a BBQ That was until the massive thunderstorm and down pour that Val mentioned earlier, we had the BBQ cooked on the cooker instead !

    Hi Val, I really dont hope that we have just had our few weeks of summer The weather guide tells me its going to be colder net week --- I dont want to have to start wearing my coat again!
    Anyway I have called in for a Hot choc and then its bed I am working in the morning at 7, anyone else want anything

    Hi Val, Coco, Kath, Jilly, Karen, Barbara and everyone who has popped into the cafe this Easter week end. Hope everyone is as ok as possible and enjoying the weather (while it lasts, it's cooling off now). Went to local market town to visit the folks, it was HEAVING with people, the world and his wife were there, fighting in lumps in the car parks and clammering for Easter Eggs in Mark's :shock:

    well, it is all quiet in here, so I will finish the pots, tidy around a bit and leave the night trolley out, for those who pop in, during the wee small hours.

    cuppa coffee, didnt get 40 winks but still had me feet up and enjoyed the peace for a bit,

    now do i do toast, cheese on toast or a cheese sandwich. diet not gone well this week so may give in and have the cheese :oops: :grin:

    another sunny morning here...coco sorry you had a bad night...is it this hot weather...my bones are really complaining....just a warning we are all opening out windows because of the heat....but please close the ones that people can climb into....one of our neighbours found 2 men on there landing last night....they chased them off but it could have been alot more serious..
