    I never did get that sleep. Tomorrow I have 2 appointments, blood and the asthma follow-up appt so will be very grumpy in the morning. Hope I can catch up with some sleep after.

    Nice to see Joan visiting the cafe.Keep the weight off that foot Joan. Leisa welcome, Brighton was one of my childhood haunts(born in Sussex) and still have a daughter living there.

    i would love some ginger nuts if there is any ta. its frustrating waiting to heal after an op, hopefully you will be back on your feet properly soon. im ok thanks. just my neck playing me up. had to get up as pins and needle in me hands were driving me nuts
