Tired, hurting all over, vacant, (so whats new)? :roll: Dad should be home by week end, with home care to ease the pressure off mum, (I did some "asking" in no uncertain terms, to get the ball rolling. 8) All the ward staff (who are fabulous and no denying), are well aware that I was a matron, I was itching to get involved today, but have to sit and let the alarm on the IV infusers keep going.

Leaving hugs to everyone, I will take a cup of T and some chilled maltesers and sit in my chair, before bed, up and off again early doors..............ground hog days. xxxxx bubbles

Tea all mashed, breakfast ready, mariglod milked, and I have given the place a good clean through.
Hope you are all wellish this morning and enjoyed the sun yesterday - its cloudy but at least warm here at the moment.
My TV has died so I am trying to find a decent but reasonably priced replacement....That should kep me out of trouble for a while!

right got mardys on hand and feet swelling not sure what have done to cause this one but even had to take wedding ring off feet red hot sodding arther got a lot to answer for well can honestly say this the first time left hand has swollen will not be on long thanks for pie was great del you do make great pies.

Mornin' all. I've brought another lemon meringue pie, some rock cakes and cheese scones. Also a box of Yorkshire tea bags for those who like a cuppa builders tea, (like me!) Hope you're all ok today. I'm off to get my hair cut nice and short today. Tomorrow I'm back at hospital to get x rays and maybe hear the fate of my left foot.

That is a nice bit of good news Elizabeth, good on you. I think I need a nice mug of my earl grey, black with a drop of cold water and take advantage of a rock cake or two if their still going.

Called in for a cuppa - I am sat here contemplating doing some gardening --However although it was lovely and sunny when I got up an hour ago it is now rapidly clouding over and because ittakes me some time to "come round" in a morning I fear it will be raining by the time I am ready!

Why can't it just rain at night?

If only Cat....Weather was odd yesterday evening. The sky went bright yellow and then it poured down followed by 2 beautiful rainbows. Again my daughter said it was due to the apocolypse (she means eclipse). Don't you just love children?
Right I am going back to bed as head is swimming. i have a meeting at 11 so rest, shower and off I will go.

Just time to grab a coffee and a piece of toast.
