    I rememeber my dad brought my mum a really expensive owl one xmas & she did that to it, we were going mad & dad was a work. she went white as a sheet when she opened it & knew she'd been shaking it... It was wrapped well & still in one piece Thankfully.

    ther only reason our daughter Toni is doing us a christmas dinner is so she can open her presents.. LOL

    were doing the same Tony.
    I have my youngest staying the week before xmas, so were doing her xmas dinner & pressies the same.
    Im putting on enough weight without extra xmas dinners lol

    Just seem your post as I was doing this debs, think I'll be fed up with turkey pretty soon, lol.
    I think I will have to call it as night, my hands really aren't doing as they're told... useless lumps of flesh they are st the minute.... bloody painful too. Think I'll watch something.. Have a programme from nat geo channel, about a crystal mine, revisiting it or something, looks very impressive

    Have sneaked in for a cuppa, am supposed to be raking leaves, but have chickened out, can't cope with it today.

    Did anyone mentioned caramel fudge cake? mmmmm, could do with a slice of that, too.

    Been quite a pleasant day here, Berty - even got some washing dry!

    Waiting on pins and needles for info.......daughter's sow is having piglets....they are on their way........she's worse than any expectant father - sitting down there in the pig sty with the instruction manual. I kid you not, they are rather new to all this. Thought I'd give every one a laugh.

    wow i wish i was there i love piggies such a shame that they have to grow up and feed us , i am a farmers daughter and know its part and parcel but stiill go arrrrrrrrrrrrrr sweet x

    6 piglets, 4 boys and 2 girls. We can have one of the boys for the cafe and she is suggesting we call him CB - short for Crispy Bacon.............

    cb great name lol not sure poor pig will like it what do we feed it on will get men to build pig run with nice mud hole for summer they are so cute look just like you :oops: :oops: well you know what i meen lol

    Just a quick hello to one and all, leaving hugs to everyone. Am ok, just seem to have lost two days. Off to the Docs today, to check on my chest, 3 weeks of antibiotics now finished, thank goodness.
