I am happy in a weird kind of way that I have no appetite lately so have lost some weight, Doc has increased my lanzoprazole and one of my other meds, it's made a little difference but not too much, just can't eat much at the minute.. OH hates me for it, she has heart failure and is a little (hardly anything) overweight and panics about it.. Bless her.. She forgets that she was told that the majority of people with heart failure really pile the weight on.. She has done amazingly well..

well done for keeping her weight stable, I am not in that league, I did loose nearly 9 stone after my second heart attack, but, slowly, over the years, most of it has gone back on. I cannot move about quickly, as arthur has tightened its grip, plus I get angina now, if I potter more than 30-40 metres, so, unless I go on a rabbit food diet, or have emergency liposuction...........gets me down sometimes, sick of pills and more pills and piling weight on, then other times I could not give two hoots.

evenings are worst, for nibbling on biscuits or choccies, I should not buy them really, I know they are not helping.

I was whappy on lanzoprazole, well, more whappy than normal,

I think I must be so dopey that none of the meds affect me that way, I know mellman has had to change his tramadol as they're having a similar effect... Maybe it's because I was on dihydrocodiene for so many yrs, in the end I was having to take them eight at a tme just to get twenty minutes of slight pain relief.. They eventually stopped working altogether so now I'm on paracetamol, diclofenac 75mg (2xMR per day) and tramadol 50mg(2 four times a day) never even felt slightly drows with them, pain relief is so so but I'm supposed to be having more pain injections soon so am hanging out for those.

I am going to say goodnight Bubbles, try to get some sleep..

thanks barbara, will be I'm and out myself for a bit, got to do the washing up, can only do it a bit at a time as I cannot stand for too long, have got a stool but to be honest sitting can be as bad.
Also have more presents to wrap too...

Hi Barbara, hi Tony, we will have a choir practice, with our auto tuning microphones. Hope everyone is ok, not heard from Trish either, for a good while, been worrying about her.

I am a yo yo too, sit, stand, up, down, move about, sit, stand, shuffle, eventually lie down to get some relief, thinking I will sleep, usually lay awake, counting sheep. you would think that with all the drugs, I would be out like a light, wrong.

Anyway, it is already getting dark here, weather not looking good for us towards the week end, lots of snow, just what we wanted again. :roll: I think I will potter to the shower, put some washing on the airer first.

Back later, I pinched some choccies from the selection box, as many as I could eat in one go x:oops:

Tis some cold and I need 15 buckets of energy and a builders...... might then be able to do some real work.... joke but muddle through the things that need doing makes sense eh?

has nicked the apron (she does still have hers) and Nina's shoes and will be serving if you bribe her with bourbons... and can get her away from the fire.

I now I been of the ball here a bit and sorry for that.

Annie aid the other day Trish isn;t so good and I so hope she will soon feel a lot better.

I think I am all on my own, but hi to anyone lurking behind the curtains or the tree.......

Will have a builders and some fruit bread and real butter. I don't seem to have accomplished much today....even though I have been pottering all day. Been a bit vague all day, anyone got any anti-vague pills?

Got to go out tomorrow for bloods, but at least they are saying it won't snow here now till Friday.........still, it's a morning appointment so soon over with.

Mmmm, enjoyed that builders, will have a refill and see if I can think of something constructive to do.
