    Geeeeeeeeeeeez, just watched the most gripping story on STV, even though my dads cousin wrote about it it was surreal seeing it on the box told as it was told.

    afternoon all, well, the snow put paid to me going to the launderama to dry the washing, not venturing out.

    Pottering day, heating on nice and high, cats all dozing, seems to be going dark already, hoping it rains soon as we are out tomorrow, must see the folks and hit Mark's and Spencers.

    Feeling a bit noddy myself, so won't be long before Bubbles is taking a nap.

    Have sneaked in for a cuppa, don't care whose it is; will have a couple of bedtime digestive biscuits to dunk. In spite of all my efforts, I'm sleepless again tonight, may have to resort to desperate measures - like reading Through The Looking Glass again.

    Two weeks or so ago, I couldn't stay awake; now I stagger round in a trance all day and wake up at bedtime. The New Year Fairy has issued me with a flare to help things along, which was nice of her. Can't think I what I would have done without it - no, I lie.......I'd be sleeping.

    Look on the bright side, no snow here and it's going to be a passable weekend for once.

    I know I am on my own in the cafe, just pottering in with the night trolley, albeit a tad late, if everyone is in bed. Still, it is there, should arthur bite in the night.

    Hope everyone is now snow free, ours is all gone and the rain is falling - hoorah - freedom to go to Mark's.

    I can't remember the last time I read a book, I have zero attention span these days.. just start getting headache as soon as I start reading, had my eyes checked and even with mi spex on it's the same, end up reading same bit over and over.. I will just watch the movie instead :lol::wink:
