Kettles on Val , i 'll do a fresh tea i bet an iced bun would go down well with it after your first day back? was it very stressful? Park up by the fire i will bring it over.

I am ok, still laid up though, can't seem to shake this flare up, tried all the painkillers and some tamazapam, that usually works, not this time, oh well, sure it will pass..

Hi Val, I've been popping in when I can, keeping the fire stoked and the kettle on....
Did a bit of dusting on my DVD shelves, nobody seems to want to watch them
I am not the only one checking in though so will let you give the flowers to one of the ladies..
