    Just carry on as normal and do what your body tells you to do. If tired sleep and EAT even if you do feel sick..graze it helps.

    Like others have said let it do it work, my sil is on her 5th, she was waiting for the side effects....just tiredness up to now....Good Luck with it

    Good morning everyone.....

    Thanks for the words of encouragement.......

    Everything was peaceful until 3.12am...........

    Woke up..........Nausea bigtime......

    Sickness started about 4.30...

    I gots 3 different anti-sickness meds.....

    Maybe they'll start working soon....

    The Underkeeper woke up at 6.20am and is keeping me supplied with glasses of water and the occassional cup of tea......and rich tea biscuits (only 3 at a time though)..

    Hope the anti-sickness tabs work soon Rob.. Rich tea biscuits can be a Godsend when you're not up to eating much..

    Ginger biscuits are great or even stem ginger for the sickness. You may find that taking sugar in your drinks may help as well. Make sure you eat if you can little and often. Hope you are not feeling too rubbish. If anti sickness tablet donot work ring up and get different ones, there is more than one on the market. have they given you steroids as well? They are suppose to help with the sickness.

    Sorry to hear that it has attacked you so bad...it should easy up ......help drinking the fluids and no carrots or tomatoes heheheh.
    We we be seeking out the vomit fairy and a patrol is out looking for her now. When found she will be on house arrest....Don't panic not your house her house. Hope you are feeling a little better today..

    Really hope that today IS a better day for you and that, as Tinkerbelle put it so beautifully, that DD's vomit fairy has frozen to a crisp in the night! Hopefully Lupin's patrol can find her and arrest her before she thaws out!
