    Only sick once over night.........

    For me this week.......thats good....

    slept from 10.30 last evening....until 9.20 this morning....

    So I guess today is starting well.......

    Good luck for tonight, Rob. I shall be thinking of you very, very hard at 6pm. This is the last leg of a very hard journey, the finishing line is in sight, the home straight is about to be reached. I know the VB will be back for a few days, together with the NB (nausea bitch) but then, hopefully, the buckets can be put away for a very long while. DD

    Morning Rob, I guess it's all still going strong. I am so, so sorry but with every heave and spew you are one heave and spew closer to the end. Cold comfort indeed. I hope you are warm enough, try to keep your chest/stomach muscles warm, that might help to ease the ache. DD
