    hi Cath, I am glad you survived your first week back at work and I hope you can continue to filter out the whitterings of your unhelpful colleague.
    I have not had hydrotherapy myself but as a student years ago did some sessions in the pool working with a physio. The water was lovely and as warm as bath water. I wish there was a hydro pool in my area.
