    Annie! How lovely to see your name - I take it things have not been too good and for that I am very sorry. Oh dear, you are pred-up? (See what I did there?) That is not so good news - I am saddened :sad: but heartened to hear from you again. :smile: I have duly tottered along the sea front. I feel somewhat nauseaous - an hour's driving followed by unloading the car then a totter is not a good idea. Never mind, it will pass, all things do. It's nearly beer o'clock! DD

    I have decided that walking at the seaside is a darn sight better than tottering round the mean and grubby streets of my locality. I have yet to do today's effort, but I know I must as I have been pretty good so far. (At least one walk per day and no sit-downs.) Work first, then off I go. DD
