    Hi Coco

Well look keep the head but make em see you mean business too...I mean this should have been information that was given to you..
When i appealed against mine last year they didnt include the GL24 and when i rang up community legal advice they filled it in on my behalf as they have loads to hand and they forwarded it onto the numpties to kick start the process

Good luck and try and get some nice sun today, take half an hour out and just relax...

I am so glad you told me about the form as still not arrived via post, went into the job centre, there was a que so the meet and great security guard asked if i needed a seat, and could he book me in if i have an appointment, when i said i just wanted a form he said forget the que and he went and got the form for me. gave it me and said good luck make sure you fight. he was so polite and helpfull i was shocked.

got it home filled it in, post came whilst i was out and my housing benifit etc has all been stopped also :x . rang them then wrote on the back of there letter i was appealing to esa and here is a copy of my apeal form as proof. so hopefully that will be reinstated asap.

rang the housing assosiation to let them know what has happened so thats on file and they wont start shouting for money.

posted forms off via guarenteed next day delivery so they will have the forms by 1pm friday at latest.

now i am sitting in the garden with a cuppa and forget housework etc im chillin.

    hope your all ok.

Well done you and you know im sure they leave the GL24 out on purpose as part of the scheme to put anyone off appealing - how wrong are they? And good on you too sending it back guaranteed delivery so no excuses for them not to re-instate it for you......

Im proud of you and glad youve got your cup of tea and bit in the sun...Things can only get better....Is the CAB or someone helping you

i havent been able to get hold of C.A.B but will go down next week and see if they can help. i put on my form i was concidering c.a.b representing me. so hopefully they can help if not i will do it my self.

im tired of being treat like a lowest class citizen . ive worked in the past and am not work shy. im frustrated and down because i cant work and run around like i used to, (proper out door nutter me, even camped in the snow for fun) if they could give me a miricale pill that would make me my old self again id be working like a shot, any job as long as its legal and means i can hold my head up high again, im not proud/fussy.

i am going to ask them for that pill at my appeal!

how are you today Elaine, not to bad i hope. thankyou for your suport it means a lot xx

    Hi Coco

Well yeah the CAB can be hard to get hold of as they only open for certain hours dont they? The community legal advice i had was pretty good but if im honest my caseworker just asked them to look at my case again and they overturned it, dont know why or if they just wanted rid of my paperwork? Dont do it yourself, there are people to help and you know if youve worked all your life your'e entitled to it now you do need it...You should have had a form with lists of possible who can help you....
You know listening to you it sounds a bit like me...Ive always worked (im only 42) but now my knee has hampered my life so much its like being back in careers advice thinking "what could i do now for a job cos i know its not what i used to do" (used to be a busy receptionist, admin assistant, always on the go....And yes any time go to see disability advisor he tells me there is companies who will take people like me on, but hello its hard enough for joe bloggs off the street, fresh from uni, college or someone else who is seeking work, so where do i fit in, limp n all?? Its just not that simple...
I know how you feel, like you say you would work if you could but just now your health is not allowing you to, but you still deserve to be treated with respect and dignity......

Im glad have been able to help you just a little bit.....It will be my turn very soon as i think ive said many times before......Its only a matter of time till they judge me .....

Ive had a good day thanks, been to PHX for couple of hours and just had kind of relaxing day...Off to hydroptherapy tonight....

Keep smiling you....And remember your'e being proactive...

i rang esa monday and yesterday as id sent my appeal back and it was recieved friday, told the guy yesterday to earn his wage and go and find my form or he could come and buy food for my kids, his choice. anyway i got back today to a letter from esa, they paid me £65 today and will reinstate it untill my appeal. i lost most of it to overdraft fee, but am hoping they will start paying me properly again soon.
