    A cup cake and choc chip cookie with a cup of tea. My eldest daughter has taken up baking... We're going to end up SO fat :D

    I have just been eating whatever is nearby, as my knees are crying like a pair of babies..
    Today that consists of..


    Coconut biscuits, more seedless grapes, mixed fruit and nut selection and more thai sweet chilli crisps..

    managed to wash 1/2 car......hands and wrists burning now

    Made a pitta bread, chicken and watercress sandwich....

    Only managed to eat 1/2, as RA in my jaw is bad right now......

    Thats me folks...................1/2 a man........

    And what use is that to the world........

    No bloody use at all...
