]just in case you wonder why I haven't been around too much today..
Been trying to get some stuff packed as we are going to Skeggy in the morning with our friends. So won't be online too much for a couple of days or so.. Depends on phone signal on a night, might sneak in for a natter...

Will be about for a bit later tonight, catch you all then..

Hope you have a fab time- Are you off to Butlins? Sarah (Youngest daughter) and myself went there a couple of weekend ago and had a fab time. Entertainment was good and would be difficult to fault any of it other than the weather. It was very 'bracing' so don't forget your thermals. Enjoy xxx

Will be resting most of the time, put it this way, if I'm not up to it I'm not attempting it, lol...
I'm not even driving this time, we are off in the neighbours car.
Kate, we are staying in a caravan a couple of miles towards Skeggy town from Butlins...
I know Skeggy very well and always make sure that I super glue my wig on :shock: :shock:

Skeggy is our second home thanks to the grandchildren...tell your mum and dad..that skeggy people are the friendliest we have come across.
One time when we there...our car went on strike...and 5 lovely locals gave us a push...

Got to my Mums at ten past eight, just as they were getting up, that was a shock for them, they wondered who was pulling up as they dint recognise the neighbours car, lol...
They've all gone for a walk round the corner to the cafe but I'm staying here with my legs up, knees and back are a bit sore now from being sat in the car. Took under two hours to get here, not bad going.. Nice journey through, had a good giggle and a natter all the way.

The sun is out, it's gonna be a lovely day. I'm a tad drowsy so think I'll have half hours kip while they are out..
Just put my second patch on, see how it goes..

We are off to Scunthorpe for a Goth/scooter wedding. The thought of packing is bothering me as I have to get the 3 children sorted for nannies house. They have to have loads of clothes ,special pillow and favourite food not to mention electronic toys and chargers and games.
Then I have my stuff to remember...contacts, meds,spare knickers...
Bet your wife packed for you!

Lol, I always do my own packing Elizabeth, don't I know, I'm an ultra modern man...
Just make sure you pack your medication, rest you can improvise... :shock: :shock:
Goth scooter weekend eh? Boy, that sounds fun, they'll all want to top themselves won't they? I'm just kidding..
Have a great time hun, forget about arthur and the kids, have some you time....
It is glorious here today, lovely and warm..

It's a beautiful sunny day, and I read that it's warmer than Spain or Greece, so Skeggy should be great today. Have you managed to see the sea yet :?: It's a long way out :!:
