Ireland bound

Early on SUnday morning, myself, Janet & her Brother Tim will be boarding the coach from Leeds bus station, destination Enniscorthy, County Wexford...
On the 12th it will be one year since we all went across to spread my Father Inlaw's ashes on the hill overlooking the town he was from..
We are goin on a five day excursion type thing as we did a year ago... Hope it will be a nice trip as well as a sad one..
I might not be online too much tomorrow as we have a fair bit to do before we go so thought I would explain my absence prior to going, lol.

I think that I am charged to use the mobile over there, unless the hotel has free wi-fi in which case I may just bob in a couple of times to make sure that you are all on your best behaviour and that you are not missing me too much, lol.
I will try and get some nice photos while there and see if the delightful Joan will post them on our nice photos thread.

How big is your suitcase? surely if I breathed in I could fit. Hope you have a great time - after us yorkies the irish are 2nd on my list ( well with a name like mine it has to be)

Have a lovely trip Tony, it will be a little sad as you mourn your father in law, but you have your family with you, and I'm sure you will enjoy the craic I'm back in June county Mayo to see my aunts and cousins, can't wait!! xx

Hi Tony,

You must be in the Emerald Isle by now. Have a drop of the black stuff for me - my Hubby and I argue often about the fact that proper guinness just don't travel. He reckons it does but I know it don't and the stuff made this side of the water just ain't the same.

Enjoy the time there, remember the good times and toast your Father in- law often.

We are going on the coach, setting off in the morning from Leeds.. Should be at the hotel by tea time I think..
I have my trusty diazapam's ready for topping up the fentynal patch, think after the pain I am in at the minute I will be having one of them for breakfast, lol..

I am very tired and hurting a lot after a rather busy day getting things sorted out etc, my hands are really hurting so I am about to log out..

Will try and pop in through the day tomorrow signal permitting, otherwise I will catch you all when I get back thursday night...
Will someone please keep my music thread going while I am away??

just waking up, waiting for a cup of tea, lol.
Slept so so last night.. Janet woke up shivering and burning up around midnight :shock: Got her some paracetamol, seems ok this morning, fingers crossed..

The chicken was certainly an unusual start that's for sure. I've sent Mrs Lawson photographic evidence, she may post it on here, keep your eyes peeled for a big chicken man.. :???: :eek:
Now sat at chester services, think we have one last pick up here.. Then onto Holyhead.
Not a bad start, coach is nice, will be ingesting diazepam soon though, things are starting to hurt. :roll:
Janet & Tim are off stretching their legs but it is too awkward for me with the crutches if I don't need to.
