    Can we pay taxes according to how much sleep we get. Then my arthritic friends would hardly pay any tax at all and slobs,drunks,addicts well they would pay loads! Babies and young children are naturally exempt as are those with chronic fatigue syndrome.

    wow there are some great ideas can we make sure that school goveners have to understand the children that attend there school one of our local school changed its uniform to blazer just two years ago and now the goveners have decided to get acadamy status instead of just changing badge they have changed colour of all uniform how are parents suposed to afford this and what a waste of old one
