    Hi folks, flying visit as my hands are killing me.

    Had a great time, good food, good weather etc..

    Sadly payback had hit hard, very hard.. Hands, wrists, elbows, back, legs & knees... The whole kit n caboodle...

    I'm going to drug myself up some more & try to sleep it away.

    I'll be back tomorrow, thanks..

    Hi folks...
    Yesterday was a very roug :lol: h day if payback, last night too.. Dint get out of bed till eleven.
    I've beentaking things steady today but have been going around the flat with my sticks instead of crutches.. Make the show transition, lol..

    Going to see if I can make it to the neighbours again..
    Gotta keep moving..

    You don't realise how well you are doing, you should be proud of yourself. I do hope you are feeling a bit better mind wise, I know how once it's grabs you it takes a lot to get rid of. But you are a trooper and you will do it. Just keep getting better.

    I keep comparing my recovery to the last time I had both knees done at the same time, daft really as I was a LOT younger, lol.

    Guess what.....

    I have driven the car.... Woohoo....

    This morning I drove to the end of the street n back. I'm now sat outside the usual place... Moggisons supermarket.. I drove Janet up here. It's just around the corner but a good little bit if practice driving.
    Not having much pain at all, I'm a happy chappy right now..

    Sorry I havent been around but I have been thinking of all on the forum. I am glad that things went well and you are getting better now even if it is slowly. Dont try to rush. You will have to stop dancing about now for a while or those knees will not thank you.
