    I'm Ok thanks and I did enjoy my lunch the other day.
    my youngest daughter and myself went to visit my other Aunt who lives in the same flat yesterday and found a very large gathering of family members adults and children some who i have not seen for ages and we had a very nice afternoon chatting about our happy memories of Auntie. :smile:

    I'm glad you managed to see the other family members and enjoy being with them, Carol. It sounds to me as if your aunt would have thoroughly approved of this. be thinking of you Fri 22nd.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Thank you sticky she certainly would have been have approved. and although the 22nd will be a struggle for me cos of the early time of the funeral, and I know that I am going to have payback painwise on the Sat because of it. I am still determined to go. and my youngest daughter has managed to get half day of work so that she can be there, my sister is driving down from Ramsgate, and bringing my eldest daughter who lives in Margate with her on the Friday Morning. So they will be there too. which is nice. I spent an hour on the phone to my 83 year old uncle (Auntie's and my mums Brother) this morning having a good old reminice of there childhood and he recalled lots of stories that my mum had told me about, and because where they lived as kids and went to school is very close to where I now live I could just imagine all his memories as if it was now. there were infact six of them 2 boys and 4 girls now there are only 2 of them left. :smile:

    I am so glad you had such a lovely chat with your Uncle, the memories we have of our loved ones keeps them alive in our hearts.
    I will be with you for the funeral and am thinking and praying for you and your family.
