    Hi Hileena,
Oh dear I am sorry that there has yet been another development for you. You must feel battered and bruised in more ways than one.
It does look like your doctor has decided to get to the bottom of things one way or another which is good. Good luck for Wednesday and hopefully it will be an elimination exercise and you will start to get things sorted.

I've just typed Stocky instead of sticky

    You been spying on me????

As for bursting into tears when your husband looks at you - yeah, mine has that effect too. (Ugly creatures, men, aren't they?)

Morning, Hileena. Hope it's as good a day as possible.

    Hello Hileena

Thanks for taking the time to post on my thread when you have so much else going on. Am I right in thinking from what you posted that you have a bone density scan as well as a liver scan on Weds? Or is that just me getting confused?

I am encouraged though to hear that you think it might be improving. I soo hope so Hileena.

    Thinking of you.

    HI
Yes it still seems as if its healing......still using the crutches but is a muscular soreness not that that awful pain...it ws jabbing and burning {best way I can describe it}Using crutches is a big leap {pun :lol: } from using crutches to get to the scooter and then using scooter inside to go to the loo isnt it.

Tilly...no sorry I didnt explain it properly......got a liver scan coming up on Wed but she wants a bone density scan done as soon as possible.....I suppose get Wed over and then take it from there

Shes speedy at geting appointments so I wouldnt be surprised if its the following week :lol::lol::lol:

    Hello again Hileena

You probably did explain it - I probably just didn't "get it". I did wonder cos both on the same day might be a bit much I reckon.

Really does sound as if things are improving and I am so pleased Hileena.

    Hi,
Thank you all for offering to do pocket ducty. I'm not bothered about the scan itself.....compared to some of the things we have had its an easy one but I am concerned about the waiting for the results
As far as I know its a "jelly belly" scan :lol::lol::lol:
Thank you all for being there for me.

    Hi Sticky,
Had to go back and re-type that bit :lol::lol:
The appointment isnt bad compared to what we all have gone through at different times......jelly belly one.....{ultrascan} Apparently I'll get the result in about a weeks time.
I forgot the doc was ringing me today....I had an appointment 2 weeks ago then last week I couldnt make it to her so she came to me..At the end of that appointment she said she would phone me the next week {today}to find out how i was. Not used to doctors ringing me :lol:
She asked how I was and I said i was feeling much better but still very groggy...she then said are you still using your scooter indoors? I said No.....{forgot I was using it when she came last week}. After talking to me for a while she said that sounds a big imporovement..I said it is except fro the groggieness.....getting that in at every chance I can
I then said to her if I was still on the oromprph I would try reducing the doses but because I'm on slow release I dont want to reduce it. So she said.....I'll give you a smaller dose of the slow release and you can up it with the oromorph if you need it....so we'll see how that goes!!!!
So another good appointment/phone call......She will ring me next Wed .....Hopes to have the results of todays tests by then and she wants to find out how the medication is going

    Love

I think I'll have to change my name!

Reducing the pain relief is a good sign. Hope it goes well.

As for 'telephone appointments' - our surgery's done them for a while. Quite useful when you know they're not going to need to examine anything. She sounds a good GP. I'm so pleased you found her.

    Good luck for this afternoon.

It is good this telephone appointment things......Our last GP You could speak to the GP {if your were lucky} between 11.30am and 12.00pm only if you wanted to ask him a question....not for a full appointment

    Evening Hileena

Hope you are done and dusted now and it went ok for you. Have been thinking about you.

Does sound as if your GP is really on the ball - worth hanging onto I reckon.

So glad that "pelvis wise" things seem to be on the mend.

    Love and ((()))s

    Hi Tilly,
Yed all done and dusted except a bit extra
I walked into the x ray department...and she said OK...I'll do your scan first then your chest x ray...Chest x ray  What chest x ray...no one mentioned a chest x ray to me
"Well your GP has written it down here....a liver scan and a chest x ray".....oh well...suppose it cant do me any harm and the next time I talk to her I'll ask her what it was about ....
I'm a bit sore {just muscle soreness not pain} because the scan was more than I thought.....turned me over quite a few times and poked and prodded a few times as well...never mind I'll live

    Hi Hileena,
Well you are certainly getting things done with this new fab doctor. You must feel absolutely shattered but at least no stone is being left unturned. I hope you are having a day off tomorrow and can relax a little. Not easy I know when you are awaiting for the results.
