Rant please...A rotten appointment

Hi Barbara
I am so sorry, i thought I had replied, but reading through I hadn't. I am sure I am losing my mind. I will say that I am glad that you are making a complaint, no-one deserves to be fobbed of like that, not giving you a change to say what you wanted too. Sitting for that amount of time must have been very hard as well. These consultants just don't seem to care.
I am sorry that I had not replied a lot earlier.

Was this at wrightington? If so please complain and do not allow these bullies to treat you like a piece of poo! You took time out of your day to make the appoinment, the least she could have done was take time to listen to you, its not as if its a hobby sitting in hopsital waiting rooms is it...I hate it when so called proefessionals treat us like this and if she does work hand-in-hand with hip man, tell him too how distraught you were, it doesnt harm them to know they are not tin gods!!!
Grr....

I had a lovely last appointment with a nuero, but he has just retied, so today I had to go back for the results of my second back scan.
We waited 2half hours, the receptionist said we are running behind a little  after 2 hours 45 mins they shout me, I found it hard to get out the seat, , I went in the room , to be asked what I was there for, I explained best I could, then she put the scan up took a quick look and said surgery is not an option, but injections might help, before I could answer she said I will write to your hip man.
God I am sat here fuming I was in 6 mins in all.
Sorry but I just needed to rant, I cannot believe the difference between consultants.....she sounded like a robot.
Take care everyone..0
