    Hi
No apart from the nausea there are no signs of gallbladder problems but they are not offering surgery. I think if they would say they would remove it i would be quite happy but no...they seem to be happy to send me for loads os scans.;...MRI, CT, Dexa, bone scan {not the dexa one} and numerous x rays
Thanks......glad you are feeling much better

Chrisov!!!! Where did you pop up from? havent heard from you in months  Good to hear from you. Its the stress thats the worse thing I think.,......now what about you?? Howe are you? Dont think I've ever seen you on this forum before? How are the camels :lol::lol:

    Love

It is the galstones that escape (small) that cause the problems. Sometimes they do keyhole op to remove the gallbladder only to discover that not all the stones viewed on scan earlier are inside the gallbladder so they often end up conducting full abdominal surgery as well in order to track down the missing blighters - which may be causing havoc blocking up bits such as spleen and bile ducts etc. It's not always straightforward as it sounds. They can only op if you aren't in middle of gallstone flare anyway because of inflamed and infected tissue. I know people who have had al this and that's what put me off the op!

Hope this info helps a bit? sounds like they reckon you've got a little blighter that's gone for a hazardous walkabout to me. Poor you you do seem to have a lot to cope with. Hope it gets sorted out soon.
    Mat x

    hi Hileena,

the sickness i so sympathise over... have they got you on domperodone? ... well its worth ago maybe? I have found it helps with the sickness to a point but mine isn't gallbaldder though they think i had a stone but passed it or it dissolve between being examined and the ultrasound that took months to come through.

its very frustrating flower... i know that one but sooner or later they just have to come up with something to help.....

got everything crossed for you and hope they will just get their heads together and help get you right again! hugs and a cuppa. Cris xx

Chrisov really good to see you  xx

    Hi Cris love
    Just answered your pm.
No I'm not on anything like that.
I'm on paracetemol and naproxen for the OA, still on a small dose of morphine for the fractures, and thats it;...apart from the stomach liner and iron because I'm anaemic. And shes talking about taking me off the naproxen.....no chance....that will leave me on just paracetamol {because I plan to be off the morphine by then}.
The bad weather is here and dont know about others but OA is starting to play up again.
Sending you hugs and a cuppa in that stay warm cup  'cause intheory you should be asleep now.
    Take care petal

Hi, What a trip on the hospital merry-go-round you'r having! Sounds as if you'r feeling sick from it all and can't find a way out and I can sympathise as I'm in a similar situation. Have you tried your GP to see if they have a report from the hospital? My GP shares her reports with mine and sometimes she has the report quicker than I do.
I hope you can find out some information very soon, its such a pain in the bum, waiting but you are doing the right thing in keeping on at them, its human nature that they will want to get rid of the noisy patients first!!! I've been on the other side, years ago, when I worked in the local hospitals Audiology Dept!! So its only fair, I suppose, that I'm on the other side now!
 Lots of love Sue xxx
