Right, have spoken to DIAL, the lady is sending me the form I need to full in to start the appeal process.. I told her just how bad I was on the day of the home visit, 'but you were still breathing' she said, lol.. About right eh?
They will be in touch with me again soon, they are extremely busy though, which is no surprise.

I hate people like that, as you said, it's because of folks like him that us people that are suffering sooooooo much already, get to suffer even more... I curse him so his testes shrivel up and fall to the ground....

I really wonder what kind of job they think I'm capable of. I can't guarantee being able to get out of bed on a daily basis, and when I do I'm doped up to the eyeballs most if the time. I've no concentration span, no memory.... Maybe they've got a job as a bed warmer... They will have to deliver the beds though, lol.. Hope they don't use the same form as nightmares do, I'm still waiting for my proper bed to be delivered :roll:

hun, that leaves me almost speechless (sorry, not up to writing a lot, but sending hugs), you cannot credit the inane decisions that these ATOS people come up with, it leaves you dumbfounded.
I know you will fight and win, not that you should have to do this. The whole system is a money making exercise, money that should go to those who need.
I have had my battles, as you know, what we need to do is win the war. 100% with you. Take lots of care, Matron's orders. 8)

I am glad you were able to get in touch with dial and that they are now sending the forms for you to fill in. This is a lot of stress for you that you definitely do not need.
I don't think I would know where to turn.
I hope these forms come through quickly and that the ball starts rolling fast.

Hi all
Not been on this for a while,how are you all getting on with the dreaded ESA rip off.I was put in the support group november last year without a medical,shock and dissbelief.They fool you into a false sense of security.I received a second lot of forms in august this year to be sent back by 23rd sept.Low and behold 3 weeks later yet another lot exactly the same forms to be sent back by 23rd oct !!!!!!! Why when n othing has changed or can change in my case do they flippin well keep putting people through all this stress.Wanted to put you on your guard even if your in the support group they WILL NOT leave you alone !!!!!!! ps still not heard from them and i sent the forms back before 23rd sept :x
