I hope this posts, signal not fantastic. Only thing I find helps with the **** OA is wheatpacks and a bit of a soak in the bath if it's an option hun. Blokey hugs sometimes help, you know where I am should you require any

Thanks to the inclement weather the blasted OA has woken up. I have no idea what to do to help matters. Not a bl**dy clue. Never mind, the hours will tick by, they always do and hopefully daylight will make things a little better. And if it doesn't, well, there's always Monday. DD

Morning, friend. How's the triple whammy (PsA/OA/throat)? I hope things are a little easier. Alas, I have only these to offer. ((()))
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Life is grim. 'Nuff said. I thank you all for your messages, they do help to spur one on and feel encouraged. :) DD
