Tony, I'm sorry tohear you've been having such a rough time of it. Hope things settle down for you soon and it's good to see you here posting. Has anyone suggested getting a steroid injection? I've been in flare and change of meds these past 6 weeks and am getting 2-3 weekly steroid injections which help.
Big hugs and positive vibes, Rita.0 -
you are such a great bunch of Arthritics thank you..
Sticky, hugs and lectures are fondly accepted mi dear. You wood think I'd know better by now eh? And for the record, I wasn't even happy with the job I did with the lino, lol..
Yep, I'm an idiot indeed. I really do appreciate the ticking off Sticky, it was needed hun.
Del, thanks for the bum kicking, that was also needed.. Lol
Bubba, I'm sure there is some insanity left in that black hole lol.
Sand everyone else, thank you, your messages are greatly appreciated, and mean a great deal
I know steroids were mentioned (I'm sorry but I cant look back to see who said it (I'm using the mobile and I'll lose the whole message if I go back) I recently had one at the rheumy which did work quite well. I've never had frequent ones like the ones you mentioned offered though. Just the usual three to four monthly ones I'm having.
I've managed to get to just 25mg/hr patch now, how long that will last I don't know..
Right now it's not looking promising lol.. I briefly jumped back to fifty for one day the other day..
I'm totally exhausted again so will be back later.
Thanks once again folks...Me-Tony

Nah, not really I'm glad you've been resting even if it was enforced. Keep at it. One hour resting for every 5 mins grafting.
I've never had very frequent steroid jabs either, lovely as it sounds.
Anyway, keep plugging away mate. You sound as if you're getting back to being merely crazy which is a big plus. Have a few more of these ((())) (though, if it were me, I'd prefer a steroid jab )If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
