thanks Diamond..
I'm trying not to build my hopes up too much for monday. Lol
I could probably afford to lose another half a stone but wouldn't want to lose any more than that. Suppose I'd also better make a move, and fill my dossette strip :roll:diamond wrote:know how you feel Tony about tabs but what else can we do.Hopefully on monday docs can help you as you are having a bad time of it.Sulpha is also giving me loss of appetite but it is helping so i am going to stay on it i needed to lose weight so long as i dont fade away.Well must go and do my exercises.Sending you hugs (((( ))))Me-Tony

Hi Tony, how are you today?
I can understand how you feel about the meds. It seems we're bugxxxxd if we do and bugxxxxd if we don't!
Hope things improve for you very soon.
Best wishes,
Numpty0 -
thanks hun.
Morning meds now duly taken like a good boy
I should have really filled in the whole weeks dosette but I keep putting it off cos my elbows and hands are sore.. I know that the chemist provide a service where they will fill one for you but I use one of those that have the seperate day strips so I'd only have to re-do them anyway..
I always carry my meds with me for that particular day.
Sorry for griping folks, not like me..Me-Tony

well, it worked a little.managed some sleep at least..
Although woken at four by the great white dope  And cannot get back to sleep now.
I fully intend forcing myself up and out today and I'm hoping that the extra patch will help me do that.
There is an AC meeting not far from me this afternoon. I've wanted to attend for a while now but I've missed a few after being laid up..
No idea what to expect from these things. Anyone had experience of them?
Oh, and good morning folksMe-Tony

Morning mate, you are going through the mill, aren't you? Don't deny yourself pain relief methods - they have a role in this (admittedly a small one ) but they do help to dull the sharper edges of it all and that in turn helps us to cope better. From what has been happening with you I think that meth is more than likely on the agenda and you know we will help you with any questions you may have. I hope today proves to be a better one for you, I really do. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Morning Tony
Hope you enjoy the AC meeting {if you go} I go to ours once a month and enjoy it. Its good to know that anything you do people understand...;they are all in the same boat. If we go out for a trip you can be sure there will be walkers/crutches/sticks At least you are not expected to keep up with able bodied people
Ours differs each month, usually a bit of a chat, then a speaker or some entertainment of sorts, then tea/coffee/biscuits. There are trips out, days out etc.
Tomorrow morning...wish me luck....I have an information stand in our doctors waiting room for AC. Its arthritis care week. So before my MRI this afternoon I've spent the morning sorting out leaflets, posters, teddies, key rings, pens and any other info that people might need/want.
I'll ttry to get it all set up this afternoon so that things are ready for 9.30am....tomorrow.....thought there was only one 9.30 in the day
Anyway if you go let us know about it and how you got on.
Love

thank you girls
Today is a tad easier thanks to the extra dollop of fentanyl.. I took J to work then went home and rested. Watched that gold fever programme. The one with the family and friends prospecting.
I'm outside the place now, half hour early  But I wasn't too sure where out was and I hate bring tardy...
Car seats are not that bad comfort wise and the sun is out if I want to stretch the pegs. Knees strapped up along with the wrists plus the crutches. Couldn't be any safer lol.
I really hope I've got the date right :shock:Me-Tony
