ACPA = Anti-citrullinated protein antibody
It is an auto-antibody commonly detected in the blood of individuals with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Hope this helps,

Hi its one of the newest tests giving a better indication of wether yu have erosive form or not of RA, a result of 60 or above is considered high and therefore erosive form of the disease, an they dont test for any higher than 250, which is 2wot my result was, , it gives them a much better indication of how to treat you now which helps layter on in life0
