We will be with you every day, May, starting Wednesday and you are not - repeat NOT - to worry about getting back to us. (I shall be sitting next to Leg's gin bottle and being nice to her.)

It can't help, having your oncologist and rheumatologist having different views re the treatment. Not to worry. We shall all focus on that rogue cell and have a forum zap session daily. It won't stand a chance. ((()))

    Hi May,

Oh flower that's unfair for you and I so hope the RT will work and maybe the chemo could still be used as a back up? I had rt years ago and its so unpleasant (or at least it made me so sick) that what ever you say I shall be in your pocket Monday to Friday regardless.

You get some rest and know that we are thinking about you and sending positive vibes, hopes and wishes. Cris and the Employers xx

    Hello May

Lovely to see you posting. I will be there in your pocket too - but nowhere near the toaster - having, once upon a time, been responsible for setting off the hospital fire alarm when I burnt some toast and having suffered the embarrassment of three (or was it four) fire engines turning up!

Hope you are able to have as restful weekend as possible May, given everything that is happening.

    Thinking of you.

    Lots love Tillyxxx

Count me in for every day of radiotherapy, May. I will be thinking of you on a very regular basis and please don't feel obliged to 'report in'. We will welcome you back with open arms when everything is sorted and you are a better girl. (((()))) DD

Firstly, big hugs for you (((((May)))) x
It would most certainly not be greedy to be wanting pocket dwellers every day and I, for one, shall certainly be there for you, wishing I could do more. I hope that knowing you have people rooting for you and thinking positive thoughts for you is comforting. It's really important to be looking after yourself and please don't feel obliged to check in here, just know we are all thinking of you and supporting you. I hope you've managed to get some rest over the weekend and hopefully it's been sunny where you are.

    Sending love,
    from Sophie xx

    Hi All
I don't know where to start.....many many thanks for all the wonderful support you have given me.
Firstly...val...if you set the fire alarm off...will you do anything to get those hunky firemen in my pocket...not a bad idea.
Rosie....Its nice to "meet" you too and no I'm not brave just realistic.
Linda....Do you normally drink gin at 10am? Just don't get too rowdy as I have to stay perfectly still in the most uncomfortable position.
I actually feel quite human today. I can't in all honesty say I'm looking forward to tomorrow but the sooner its all done the better.
Just 3 days this week then week-end off again and 2 more weeks and then hopefully this cell will have been zapped for good.
I will have to have a MRI for the powers that be to be sure.
If I don't post on the forum until the week-end please take it as read I'll be available for any pocket duties and anyone with a birthday this week I wish them a happy day.
I would very much like to thank Hileena who has listened with all her patience to my moans and groans and been there for some-one to talk to when....although I have my family...has been a real angel.
I'll beat this if it kills me!!!!!! Bless you all....May

    Hi May,

Your humour will get you through this :D

Wishing you all the best for tomorrow ..............and 10 a.m. for cyber gin is absolutely fine!

Sticky and I will actually bring a crate of alcoholic beverages and will be singing you raucously through the treatment so you'll forget you're uncomfortable.

We shall be with you as long as you need us.

Don't worry about posting, Hileena is a perfect pigeon.

    Love,
    Love, Legs x

What Legs means is that it'll be your ears that feel uncomfortable :)
Julie, we've got the Pimms for you, too.
Right May, we're all ready to go. Lead on.
