His dad has been taken back into Boston Hospital. He had a blood test that showed his potassium levels to be dangerously high. Tony is back with him, he says his dad seems OK but obviously Tony is worried.

Take care mate, I am thinking of you. DD

    DD, many thanks mi lovely..

Yes folks, we are back in skeggy now.
We drove straight to boston and met mum there.
Dad does seem ok, and as mentioned, his last blood test at half four was normal.. This happened as they discharged him, yet they still discharged him :x
There is definitely something not right...
I don't know what like but we won't let him home until they've figured it out.
They have cocked up time and time again from day one. They were supposed to arrange the district nurse to come yesterday, she knew nothing about it.. Bloody fuming I am.

Right, thank you all, my dear friends..

    Sleep time, I'm knackered.....

Today was bring a pretty good day, this morning I felt good enough to overdo things in the garden right up until mum rung me

I'm a bit broken right now. I'm happy I got the gp to give me a kenalog injection in mi bum as the shoulders n neck were stupidly hurting..

    G'night folks

    hi folks..
Dad had been on a saline drip which has sent his levels down.. We won't let them send him home until his levels down without being on the saline..
We also asked some hard questions that needed to be asked.
We didn't even know until he read his discharge form that his appendix has also been taken out.
Apparently the damage was that bad as was the inflammation that they could not even tell which party was his appendix...
Personally we believe that on the monday he went I'm he had appendicitis and that was mis diagnosed as divaticula disease.. They did no scans or anything.. Wasn't until a few days later that they started checking into it more but by then it was probably too late and everything had started to die off... Mistakes were made I'm sure.
I think that if they had dined their job right they should have done a scan straight away to rule out anything like he had. I also believe if they had done their job right he might not have needed a stoma bag on..

    Right peeps.
    Me is shattered......
Thanks for being a good bunch of folks..
And mig (I think, sorry, can't check bag while typing) steroids not started yet lol

Tony - 'they' took my appendix out aged 6 when it was actually my kidneys.....(Ruined my future modelling career you know  ).

I am so sorry. I hope he is looked after 'proper' now
