Hi DD
Glad you are slightly better today.
That is a mamoth task, Can it live in your car most of the time? or do you have passengers?
I know you would still have to lug it out and put it in again but if it could live there it would be 2 lugs less
I have osteopinia and I tend to wash my hair bending over the bath using the hand shower and sometimes my ribs go...Ouch!!!!!
Love

The Clat does live in the car mainly because there's not enough room for it indoors. This afternoon is going swimmingly well: I threw caution to the wind and took a diclo then an hour later rubbed in the Volt. I shall take another diclo soon, then Volt before bed. I've also co-coed and at the moment the rib doesn't hurt. Smashing.
Joan? What a smashing gorilla! He looks friendly so I don't mind sharing my life with him! Thank you.
For those who have suggested heat to help well, I gave it a whirl with a towel-wrapped hottie and promptly went into a massive sweat-fest so I shall give that idea a miss if you don't mind. I tend to 'run hot' anyway and extra heat is not something I would usually do but I did try. Sorry.
I am now cheering A Murray Esq who is doing a good job against my preferred tennis heart-throb. Sorry Roger. It's time for a cuppa. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -
Hi DD,
I'm pleased you're feeling a bit better today. I hope you continue to improve.
Does this mean we won't have to shoot that gorilla? I do hope so, because they're lovely creatures really.
Fondest wishes,

I know these things don't magic away overnight but I hope it is at least no worse and at best...well, a bit better. I guess there may be a fair few firm, toned young bodies on display again today and, as someone mentioned, heavy breathing is good for you.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Morning DD, thinking of you. I have had costochondritis and know how horrible rib pain is.
You made me laugh with the cream description, I am still waiting for my elbow jab so amusing biofreeze, tiger balm, Deep relief with ibuprofen in, and any pain killer I can find. It is quite alarming how desperate for relief you get :shock:0 -
Sorry for replying so late , Mr Fowls said eating a teaspoon of honey everyday would help keep the hayfever away .Sorry you are having a rough time .I would give this Gorilla a good kick but my toe has been playing up and am sure it would drop off if i did  So hear comes a slap round the lughole for him WHAMMMMMM POOOOOOOW .

Hi DD,
I hope you're feeling better today.

It's been another rough morning. Poo. I've dicloed and Volted but I am now gently wheezing thanks to damned pollen and probably because I am failing to deeply inhale my steroid powders. Ye gods. I have however had my nails done and they are looking good (I'm typing slowly with my finger pads so as not to chip them too much). Think the glossy purple of aubergine skin and that's the colour. I shall coco soon as Daisy needs fuel - yikes. I hope I can manage that. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Oh dear DD. Arthritis is one thing, but hayfever and asthma aren't a lot of fun either. They can make you really miserable and that's without the added pain.
I do hope things soon start to improve and you are more comfortable.
Enjoy your nails. They sound lovely.
